How does iGOTGOLF work?

Select the clubs to suit your game, choose your subscription period, enter your details and then leave it to us. We'll have a brand new set of clubs delivered to your door within 3 business days.  The clubs are yours to play with  as often as you like for your subscription period.  We will pick them up at the end of the subscription period or if you want to hold onto them  longer simply renew your subscription online. 

I want to upgrade to the next level of clubs

We know  your game will improve and grow when you start playing with good quality clubs.  If you are ready to  take the next step and upgrade to the next level of clubs, simply let us know and we will adjust your subscription, pick up and drop off your new set. 

What happens if my equipment gets damaged?

Contact us and we will collect the damaged items and replace them asap so you can continue to play the game you love. Repair costs will be charged to your credit card.

What happens if I lose my equipment or it gets stolen?

The loss may be covered in your home contents insurance but it would pay to check with your insurance provider first. Your credit card will be charged for any lost or stolen clubs. As iGOTGOLF will only provide original manufacturer produced clubs, the replacement cost will be based on the manufacturer’s suggested retail price for the Equipment, in addition to any charges for the Hire Period.

What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?

Life gets busy, and sometimes plans change—we totally understand. You can cancel your subscription at any time after the minimum subscription period has passed. If you’re sure you need to part ways, simply follow the quick steps below to cancel, and we’ll wrap things up in no time.
